What was the highlight of OYO 565 Hillside Resort

The personal in this resort is what makes it all worth it,...

The personal in this resort is what makes it all worth it, we left as friends not hotel guests. We were travelling with kids and they were sooo friendly, kind, helping etc. The place itself is not new, but it is clean, with hot shower, the territory and pool are clean. Breakfast and food served in restorant is delicious.

Nice quiet getaway

The place is peaceful and nice. The staff was super helpful and nice. The pool area is clean and the restaurant is ok. The room was comfy and clean.

It's a bit far from everything, no restaurants around and no beach at walking distance. We didn't mind, we just took a tricycle to Robinson's.

Low budget hotel with friendly service but nothing special

The room was really ok. The employees were friendly but this was the first time we had some problems with the translation in English. Unfortunately they didn’t quite understand everything.

Apparently they had a birthday party which meant karaoke night.. until 01.00 am.. and they even didn’t sing that good.. they tried though.. the restaurant didn’t have a lot. The place is far from the city, not near the beach.. or we didn’t see it..

What was the highlight of OYO 565 Hillside Resort

The views were impressive.

Food was served cold, however the chicken was good. They had functions over Christmas period... which was painful karaoke until the early hours. The swimming pool was used by local kids, which wasn’t particularly relaxing. Bit too far out from everything.

What was the highlight of OYO 565 Hillside Resort

Nice place for staying for a few days.

Very friendly staff. They offer some trips and massages. They take you to the city by car for free. Transport to the airport for free. Very good wifi connection.

Restaurant was not nice place for the meal. But meal was ok. Swimming pool is small and was always overcrowded. We stayed 3 nights. Our neighbours were every night very noisy.

-the area surrounding the hotel was nice

-the area surrounding the hotel was nice -there is a clean pool available -free pickup from the airport

-we expected the hotel to be near the city and within walking distance/short ride from the beach which wasn’t the case -the staff wasn’t particularly helpful, most questions we had about transportation or trips were met with “no idea” -there was supposed to a van available for transportation to the city but it was almost never was there, the hotel staff had to call a tricycle -trips advertised were overpriced and are much much cheaper if one does it himself -food quality wasn’t great and lot of options were not available, when breakfast was ordered for specific time it was always late -old AC unit in the room made it difficult to sleep

All in all we had fun only the food they serve for breakfast is not okay and the guy is so arrogant.

Location, facilities,cleanliness is okay, but the food that they serve for our breakfast(6/18/18) is not yummy the hotdog its like luma na(old) its not juicy, even the ham its not crunchy/juicy. the coffee is okay.

You can overlook the things that they are lacking because of their great service and friendly smiles

Great customer service. The staff were so nice and accommodating especially the kitchen staff. Free service going to nearby places which made our trip easier. The pool is nice too, very clean water and at the right temperature. It will make you stay for a longer time.

The bathroom has a foul smell and was not clean enough. the doorknobs are broken. the lightning is too dark.

In general..we have a good and comfortable stay in your resort...thank you

Accommodating staff, cleanliness and the good ambiance of the resort..and I like also the flowering plants in your garden it's very relaxing...

I didn't like the door of our bathroom it's very hard to open...maybe you should fix it...and also the wifi in our room very low connection...
